PRIVACY

No personal or mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

YOUR MOBILE TELEPHONE NUMBER

By opting into our SMS text messaging program you warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. You further warrant that you are the current subscriber or authorized user of the phone number you have provided. You agree that you will not initiate messages to the mobile phone of any other person or entity without authorization.

You agree to indemnify South Central Auto Service, LLC DBA Costa Oil - 10 Minute Oil Change - Converse and our parent company, franchisor, and all of our subsidiaries or affiliates in full for all claims, expenses, and damages related to or caused in whole or in part by your failure to notify Us if you change your telephone number including, but not limited to, all claims, expenses, and damages related to or arising under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.

We may suspend or terminate your receipt of SMS messages from Costa Oil - 10 Minute Oil Change - Converse if we believe you are in breach of these SMS Terms and Conditions. Your receipt of these text messages is also subject to termination in the event that your mobile telephone service terminates or lapses.
